Urban Edge Condominiums

The project is located in the neighborhood of Hillcrest in the City of San Diego. It will be an upscale multi-unit residential condominium development. The development will place an emphasis on sustainable materials and construction practices, and conform to the planning guidelines of the City of San Diego. New construction of five condominium units, totaling 8,794 SF, with a roof deck level providing an additional 2,352 SF, over a semi enclosed & naturally ventilated parking garage, totaling 2,516 SF, with on-site & off-site improvements.
